How do we get paid?
Our buyers agent fees are paid by the buyer. These fees can vary depending on the level of service and the complexity of the purchase. We discuss our fees upfront, so there are no surprises. Many buyers agents will charge a percentage of the purchase price although we are also open to fixed fees and performance based fees which can be discussed further.
Are buyers agent fees tax deductible?
For a number of clients in the past, our fee or a portion of our fee has been tax deductible depending on the purchase type. We recommend consulting with your accountant or tax advisor to understand how this applies to your specific situation.
How long does it take to purchase our property?
The time it takes to purchase a property can vary depending on factors like market conditions and the nature of your brief. We have an average purchase time of 32 days, although the process can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months. We work efficiently to find the right property for you without compromising on quality or due diligence.
I have already found a property, can you assist me in buying it?
Absolutely! If you’ve already identified a property, we can step in to help with our negotiation-only service. Our goal is to ensure you secure the property at the best possible price and terms while avoiding potential pitfalls.

Yes, we can assist you with property development. Our services include identifying suitable development sites, conducting feasibility studies, navigating planning regulations, and connecting you with architects, builders, and other professionals. We support you throughout the entire development process to maximise your investment.
Can you assist me in building my property portfolio?
